What is changing with the new Terms & Conditions, and what do I need to know as a user?
On July 25, 2025, our new Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) will take effect to reflect the transition of Uptrip to Miles & More.
For new users:
All users who register on or after June 25, 2025, will automatically accept the new T&Cs upon registration.For existing users (registered before June 25, 2025):
Starting June 25, 2025, you will be able to review and accept the new T&Cs within the app. If you accept, you can continue to use the app as usual.
If you choose not to accept the new T&Cs, you will have until July 25, 2025, to continue collecting cards, redeeming collections, and transferring cards to your crypto wallet.What happens after July 25, 2025?
Users who have not accepted the new T&Cs by this date will have their accounts deactivated starting on July 25, 2025. There will be an additional six-month period during which users can still accept the new T&Cs and reactivate their accounts. Only after this six-month period accounts will be permanently deleted.Account deletion:
At any time, all users have the option to delete their account and all associated data directly within the app (Settings → Delete my account).
