With Collection Reactivation, some collections can be completed and redeemed more than once. In the past, collections could only be redeemed once per user. Now, eligible collections can be reactivated after you have redeemed them — so you can collect the cards again and claim the reward again.
What is “Reactivation”?
Reactivation means that a collection you have already redeemed becomes available again after a one-time purchase.
Important notes:
After reactivation, the collection starts again as available, and you must collect all required cards again.
Cards used for a previous redemption are consumed and will not be restored.
Each card can only be used once to redeem a reward.
Which collections can be reactivated?
Not all collections are eligible.
You can recognize eligible collections in two places:
My Collections view: An info indicator on the collection icon shows that the collection can be reactivated.
Collection Details (after redemption): At the bottom you will see a button like “Open for X €” (German UI: “Öffnen für X€”).
How to reactivate a collection
Open My Collections.
Select a collection that you have already redeemed.
Scroll to the bottom of the Collection Details page.
Tap “Open for X” (German UI: “Öffnen” / “Öffnen für X€”).
Complete the purchase via the standard Apple Pay / Google Pay flow.
After purchase, the collection immediately becomes available again (no additional steps required).
Price and payment
Reactivation is a one-time payment per reactivation.
The price is fixed per collection and shown throughout the app (including on the button).
The amount is displayed in your local currency.
Payment is handled via Apple / Google in-app purchase (Apple Pay / Google Pay flow).
Redeeming multiple times: limit and indicator
Each eligible collection can be redeemed up to 5 times in total.
Once you reach the limit:
The “Open” button will no longer appear.
A counter will show 5/5 redemptions.
Availability and expiration
If a collection can no longer be opened (e.g., it has expired), the button will not appear.
Some collections may expire. If a collection is planned to expire, this will be announced in advance.
Reactivation does not change any collection rules (e.g., Original / Non-Original requirements stay the same).
Right of withdrawal (EU)
By purchasing a reactivation, you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal.
