1. Organizer
Miles & More GmbH, Flughafen Frankfurt Tor 21, Airportring, Building 322, 60546 Frankfurt am Main, Germany (hereinafter “Organizer” or “MMG”), is conducting a sweepstakes (hereinafter “Sweepstakes”) within the Uptrip app (hereinafter “App” or “Uptrip”) during the specified period. The sole organizer of the Sweepstakes is MMG.
2. Promotion Period and Participation
The period during which the Sweepstakes takes place begins on May 5, 2026 at 00:00 (CEST) and ends on May 6, 2026 at 17:30 (CEST).
3. Eligibility, Conduct, and Processing
a. Eligible to participate are all Uptrip users who are at least 18 years old at the time of participation, have their residence in the European Union, and are not excluded from participation in accordance with the following provisions or by the Organizer.
b. Employees of the Lufthansa Group and their relatives are excluded from participation.
c. The Organizer reserves the right to exclude individual participants from participation for good cause. In such cases, prizes may also be subsequently withdrawn and reclaimed.
d. Participation is free of charge. Participation and chances of winning are not dependent on the purchase of goods or services. Any costs incurred by participants for participation, such as internet or mobile communication costs, shall be borne by the participants themselves.
e. Participation takes place via the Uptrip app as part of the “OMR Special Card Sweepstakes” campaign. Users may participate once by scanning the campaign QR code on MMG promotional materials distributed at the OMR Festival on May 5 and 6, 2026 at Hamburg Messe. To participate in the Sweepstakes, the campaign QR code must be scanned with a smartphone, which grants a digital Uptrip OMR collectible card in the Uptrip app. Users who hold the collectible card until the end of the Sweepstakes period will be entered into the draw.
f. The winners will be determined by random draw from all qualified and registered participants. The prize draw will take place within eight weeks after the end of the promotion. The winners will then be notified within two weeks after the draw via the email address stored in their Miles & More profile. The prize will be distributed within two weeks after the draw.
4. Prize
20 Lufthansa Business Class Lounge vouchers will be raffled.
The following applies to the granting and use of the Lufthansa Business Class Lounge voucher:
A Miles & More account must exist in the name of the winner. The Miles & More service card number or Travel ID, if linked to Miles & More, must be provided. The lounge voucher will be issued in the name stored in the Uptrip account and is not transferable to other persons. The participant is responsible for ensuring that the stored master data in the Uptrip app corresponds to that in the Miles & More profile.
Access to the Business Lounge is only possible in Lufthansa Business Class Lounges and is granted only in connection with Star Alliance flights. Access is not available in partner lounges.
This voucher is valid for one individual and has a validity period of three months.
Access to the Business Lounges is subject to availability. Some lounges may have capacity restrictions.
An issued voucher is excluded from return.

Each participant may only win once. There is no entitlement to an alternative prize. A change or exchange of the prize is not possible. Cash payment of the prize (including partial payment) is not possible.
5. Data Protection
As the organizer of the Sweepstakes, MMG processes personal data for the purpose of conducting and administering the Sweepstakes. In doing so, MMG collects the following personal data: profile data within the Uptrip app, including first and last name, date of birth, Miles & More service card number, email address, and information about the participation method used. The legal basis for processing is the performance of a contract, Art. 6(1) sentence 1 lit. b GDPR.
For the implementation of the Sweepstakes, we may use service providers. Where these are processors within the meaning of Art. 28 GDPR, they have been carefully selected and act solely on our instructions. They provide sufficient guarantees for compliance with data protection obligations.
Your personal data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the aforementioned purposes. However, we may need to store your data until the expiry of statutory retention obligations and periods imposed by legislators or supervisory authorities, which may arise from the German Commercial Code and the Fiscal Code and generally amount to six to ten years. In addition, we may retain your data until the expiry of statutory limitation periods (i.e., generally three years, but in individual cases up to 30 years), insofar as this is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims. After that, the relevant data will be routinely deleted.
As a data subject, you may exercise the following rights where the respective legal requirements are met: right of access, Art. 15 GDPR; right to rectification, Art. 16 GDPR; right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”), Art. 17 GDPR; right to restriction of processing, Art. 18 GDPR; right to data portability, Art. 20 GDPR; right to object, Art. 21 GDPR.
Regarding the right to object, Art. 21 GDPR: You have the right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you which is based on Art. 6(1) sentence 1 lit. e or f GDPR. We will no longer process your personal data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims. You may object to the processing of your personal data at any time.

Furthermore, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, Art. 77 GDPR in conjunction with § 19 BDSG.

6. Changes and Termination
MMG reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of participation at any time. Should individual provisions of the terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. Furthermore, MMG reserves the right to terminate or interrupt the Sweepstakes at any time without prior notice. This applies in particular to any reasons that would disrupt or prevent the planned course of the Sweepstakes.
7. Limitation of Liability
MMG shall not be liable for damages arising in particular from errors, delays or interruptions in the use of the website, in transmission, in the event of disruptions to technical systems and services, due to incorrect content, loss or deletion of data, due to viruses, or otherwise in connection with participation, unless such damages are caused by MMG intentionally or through gross negligence. The above exclusions of liability shall not apply in the event of injury to life, body or health. Furthermore, the exclusions of liability shall not apply in the case of negligent breach of obligations whose fulfillment is essential for the proper execution of the contract, whose breach jeopardizes the achievement of the purpose of the contract, and on whose compliance participants may regularly rely; in these cases, MMG shall only be liable for the foreseeable, typical contractual damage.
8. Miscellaneous
Legal recourse is excluded. Please note that prizes from this promotion may be subject to income tax. Any taxes on prizes shall be borne by the winners themselves and must be paid to the competent tax authorities.
