1. Organizer
Miles & More GmbH, Flughafen Frankfurt Tor 21, Airportring, Geb. 322, 60546 Frankfurt am Main, Germany (hereinafter "Organiser" or "Miles & More"), organises the raffle "Ultimate Match Day by Mastercard" in the Uptrip App during the promotion period stated below. Miles & More is the sole organiser. Apple Inc. and Google LLC are neither organisers nor partners or sponsors of the raffle. The prize is provided by Mastercard Europe SA.
2. Promotion Period
The raffle takes place from 12 August 2026 (00:00 CET) until 10 September 2026 (11:59 p.m. CET) ("Promotion Period").
3. Eligibility, Participation and Process
a) You are eligible to participate if, at the time of entry, you are at least 18 years of age, reside in the European Union and are not excluded from participation pursuant to these Terms & Conditions. Users from Switzerland, Liechtenstein and United Kingdom are excluded.
b) Employees of the Lufthansa Group and their immediate relatives are excluded from participation.
c) Miles & More reserves the right to exclude participants where there is reasonable cause. Any prizes already awarded may be withdrawn in such cases.
d) Participation is free of charge. Purchasing goods or services does not increase your chances of winning. Any costs incurred in connection with participation (e.g. internet or mobile data charges) are your own responsibility.
e) To participate, you must complete "Ultimate Match Day by Mastercard" collection in the Uptrip App during the Promotion Period. The collection can only be completed once per user. Participation through multiple user accounts or multiple app installations is prohibited.
Participation in the raffle does not guarantee that you will win a prize.
Following the end of the Promotion Period, one (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible participants.
The UEFA Champions League draw will determine the eligible matches. After the draw, the winner will be contacted initially by Uptrip in terms of winner announcement. Once the prize is claimed by the winner, Mastercard Europe SA and/or its appointed fulfilment partners will reach out to the winner.
Winner will be contacted by email no later than 16 September 2026 via Uptrip. The initial communication will include a prize acceptance form. Once the completed form has been returned, Mastercard's appointed fulfilment agency will coordinate the remainder of the prize fulfilment, including match selection, hotel booking, ticketing and related arrangements.
The prize must be accepted in writing (e.g. by email) within 14 days of the winner notification. If no confirmation is received within this period, the prize will be forfeited and an alternative winner may be selected.
f) By participating, you accept these Terms & Conditions and confirm that you have read the applicable privacy notice.
4. Prize
One (1) prize will be awarded. The prize includes:
Two (2) Category 1 tickets for one German home match during the league phase of the UEFA Champions League. (Winner + companion)
One (1) overnight stay at the corresponding UEFA hotel.
One (1) travel voucher worth EUR 500 to support travel expenses.
The exact match, travel dates and hotel will be arranged after the UEFA Champions League draw and are subject to ticket availability. Match allocation is subject to ticket availability and cannot be guaranteed for a specific fixture.
There is no entitlement to a specific match or travel arrangement.
The prize is personal, non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Resale or commercial use of the prize is prohibited.
There is no entitlement to a substitute prize.
5. Data Protection
Miles & More processes your personal data solely for the purpose of conducting the raffle and administering the prize. This includes your first name, last name, date of birth and email address.
Where necessary for prize fulfilment, your personal data will be shared with Mastercard Europe SA and its appointed fulfilment partners solely to the extent necessary for winner verification, prize administration, match coordination, hotel booking, ticketing and related travel arrangements as well as overall fulfilment of the prize. If you do not agree to the sharing of your personal data for these purposes, Mastercard Europe SA and its fulfilment partners will not be able to complete the prize fulfilment process. In such case, if you are selected as a winner, you may be deemed ineligible to receive the prize and an alternative winner may be selected.
The legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract).
Service providers may be engaged as processors pursuant to Article 28 GDPR.
Your personal data will be deleted once it is no longer required, subject to applicable statutory retention obligations.
You have the rights provided under Articles 15 et seq. GDPR, including the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority.

6. Amendments and Termination
Miles & More reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions where necessary. Should any provision of these Terms & Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
Miles & More further reserves the right to suspend, modify or terminate the raffle at any time where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary or where the proper conduct of the raffle cannot otherwise be ensured.
7. Liability
Miles & More shall only be liable for damages arising in connection with participation in the raffle in cases of intent or gross negligence. This limitation does not apply to liability for injury to life, body or health or to liability arising from the breach of essential contractual obligations.
8. Miscellaneous
These Terms & Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
Legal recourse is excluded.
Any taxes arising in connection with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner and must be declared to the competent tax authorities where applicable.
