1. Organizer
Miles & More GmbH, MAC Main Airport Center, Unterschweinstiege 8, 60549 Frankfurt/Main, Germany (hereinafter referred to as "Organizer" or "MMG"), is organizing the “Friends Fly Further” referral sweepstakes (hereinafter "Sweepstakes") exclusively within the Uptrip app (hereinafter "App" or "Uptrip") from 16 July 2025 (00:00 CEST) to 16 August 2025 (23:59 CEST).
Apple Inc. and Google Inc. are neither the organizers nor sponsors of this Sweepstakes.
2. Eligibility and Participation Process
Participation is open to all natural persons residing in Germany who are at least 18 years old at the time of participation and have a user account in the Uptrip app.
Employees of the Lufthansa Group and their relatives are excluded from participation.
Participation requires:
· Acceptance of these terms and conditions,
· Clicking the "Participate" button via the corresponding banner in the "My Cards" section,
· Using the referral function during the Sweepstakes period.
A referral is considered valid if the referred person:
· Downloads the Uptrip app,
· Registers successfully,
· Registers at least one qualifying flight in the app and selects collectable cards for that flight.
Reusing old accounts or creating multiple accounts is not permitted. Participation is free of charge. Any connection fees incurred are the sole responsibility of the participant.
3. Prizes and Distribution
Main prizes:
1st place: €1000 Lufthansa voucher
2nd place: €700 Lufthansa voucher
3rd place: €300 Lufthansa voucher
The vouchers will be made available in the app and additionally sent to the winners via email.
Vouchers are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are subject to Lufthansa’s terms of use:

Places 4 to 50:
Each winner will receive one Joker Card, provided they do not already own one. Cards will be distributed automatically via the app.
Places 51 and below:
Automatic entry into a prize draw.
Prize: 2x Sennheiser Momentum 4 headphones (Lufthansa Edition) — one pair for the winner and one pair for a person of their choice. Winners will be notified via email. Shipping of the prize is only possible to an address within Germany.
4. Leaderboard
The leaderboard displays:
· Participants ranked by number of referrals,
· The participant's own rank and progress toward the next prize level.
In case, two users are reaching the same number of referrals, the user whos latest referral was counted firs will be placed higher in the ranking.
Participant names will be displayed using their nickname as set in the app. If no nickname is provided, initials will be shown. The leaderboard is only visible after acceptance of the terms and conditions.
5. Data Protection
MMG processes personal data solely for the purpose of conducting and managing the Sweepstakes. The following data is collected: name, email address, Miles & More number, nickname or initials, referral data, and prize status. For the delivery of physical prizes, the shipping address of the winner will be collected.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract performance). Data will be deleted once the purpose has been fulfilled, unless legal or statutory retention obligations apply. Further information on your rights under the GDPR and on the processing of your personal data within the scope of using the Uptrip app can be found at www.uptrip.app.

6. Legal Provisions and Liability
MMG reserves the right to exclude participants for valid reasons (e.g. manipulation, violation of terms). Prizes may be revoked retrospectively in such cases.
MMG may terminate or adjust the Sweepstakes at any time for good cause (e.g. technical issues, legal requirements).
MMG is only liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. No liability is assumed for technical failures. Liability for injury to life, body, or health remains unaffected.
The above exclusions of liability do not apply in the event of negligent breach of obligations essential for the proper execution of the contract, the breach of which jeopardizes the achievement of the contract's purpose and on whose compliance the participant regularly relies. In such cases, the Organizer is only liable for foreseeable, contract-typical damages.
Prizes are awarded without legal entitlement. Cash payment or exchange of prizes is excluded. Legal recourse is excluded.
7. Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply exclusively.
Prizes may be subject to income tax; participants are solely responsible for proper tax reporting and payment.
