Terms and Conditions for the Raffle “Discover Departure Dreams”

1. Organizer

Miles & More GmbH, MAC Main Airport Center, Unterschweinstiege 8, 60549 Frankfurt/Main, Germany (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer” or “Miles & More”), organizes a raffle (hereinafter referred to as the “raffle”) during the specified period in the Uptrip app (hereinafter referred to as the “App” or “Uptrip”). The sole organizer of the raffle is Miles & More. Apple Inc. and Google Inc. are neither organizers, executing parties, nor sponsors of the raffle.

2. Promotion Period and Participation

The raffle will take place from 21 January 2026 (12:00 CET) until 4 March 2026 (23:59 CET).

3. Eligibility, Participation and Processing

a) All Uptrip users who have reached the age of 18 at the time of participation, have their place of residence within the European Union, and are not excluded from participation in accordance with the following conditions or by the Organizer, are eligible to participate.

b) Employees of the Lufthansa Group and their relatives are excluded from participation.

c) Miles & More reserves the right to exclude individual participants if legitimate reasons exist. In such cases, any prizes awarded may subsequently be revoked and reclaimed.

d) Participation in the raffle is free of charge. The chance of winning and participation are independent of the purchase of goods or services. Any costs incurred by participants in connection with participation, such as internet or mobile phone charges, must be borne by the participants themselves.

e) A prerequisite for participation in the raffle and the raffle itself is that Uptrip users complete the Discover Airlines Flight Lottery Collection in the Uptrip App. To complete the Discover Airlines Flight Lottery Collection, a Discover Airlines card, any Discover Airlines aircraft card, and any city card are required. The collection may only be completed once per user.

Among all registered participants who have completed the collection, the winners will be determined by random draw. The raffle will take place after the end of the promotion period. The winners will be notified by Uptrip and/or Miles & More by email by 18 March 2026. The winners must accept the prize by 1 April 2026 (23:59 CET).

If the prize is not accepted in writing (e.g. by email) by 1 April 2026 (23:59 CET), the respective prize will be forfeited and substitute winners will be appointed.

f) By participating in the raffle, participants accept these Terms and Conditions and confirm that they have read the privacy notices.

4. Prize

As part of the raffle, a total of five flight trips (in words: five) will be raffled, consisting of one Business Class intercontinental flight, two Economy Class intercontinental flights, and one Business Class continental flight.

Each prize is valid for two persons for a round trip to a destination of the winner’s choice (intercontinental or continental, depending on the prize). Each winner will receive one flight trip, resulting in a total of five winners.

The flights are valid for all direct scheduled flights operated by Discover Airlines from/to Frankfurt am Main or Munich during the specified period (round trip included). Outbound and return flights may be freely selected by the winners, subject to availability.

Flights may be booked no earlier than 180 days prior to departure and must be booked and confirmed no later than 31 March 2027 (23:59 CET); otherwise, the entitlement will expire. The length of stay may be freely chosen, provided the booking period is observed. The booking classes J, C, D, G, Y, B and M are excluded when using the flight vouchers. Booking is subject to availability and can only be made directly with Discover Airlines via an online form, which will be provided to the winner together with the voucher code upon prize notification. Hotel accommodation or any other services at the destination are not part of the prize. After notification, the prize must be confirmed. For confirmation and verification of redemption, the winner’s name and email address will be forwarded to Discover Airlines (EW Discover GmbH). The booking period cannot be extended, and no changes or deviations from the conditions are possible. After ticket issuance, all (change) requests and inquiries must be addressed to the Discover Airlines Service Center.

There is no entitlement to an alternative prize. The prize cannot be changed or exchanged. Cash payment of the prize (even partially) or rebooking of the flight tickets is not possible. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for value vouchers or used separately. Resale or exchange is not permitted.

In the unlikely event that the prize is unavailable, EW Discover GmbH reserves the right to replace it at its own discretion with a prize of equal or higher value. Seat reservations can only be made during the check-in process. Mileage accrual is not possible. Charter flights are excluded. Airport and security charges are covered by Discover Airlines. Visa and entry fees as well as any taxes on winnings must be borne by the winner. Any required entry formalities must be completed by the winner. 5. Data Protection

Miles & More, as the organizer of the raffle, processes personal data for the purpose of conducting and administering the raffle. Miles & More collects the following personal data from user data: first name, last name, date of birth, Miles & More service card number, and email address.

The legal basis for processing is contract performance pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. For the issuance of flight tickets, personal data will be transmitted to Discover Airlines (EW Discover GmbH).

Personal data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the stated purposes. However, data may need to be retained until the expiry of statutory retention obligations and periods stipulated by law, which generally range from six to ten years. In addition, data may be retained until the expiry of statutory limitation periods insofar as this is necessary for the assertion, exercise, or defense of legal claims. Thereafter, the relevant data will be routinely deleted.

Data subjects may exercise their rights in accordance with the GDPR, including the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and the right to object. Further information on data protection can be found at milesandmore.com/datenschutz.

6. Amendments to the Terms and Termination of the raffle

Miles & More reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Should individual provisions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

Miles & More also reserves the right to terminate or suspend the raffle at any time without prior notice, in particular if reasons arise that would disrupt or prevent the orderly conduct of the raffle.

7. Limitation of Liability

Miles & More shall not be liable for damages arising in connection with participation in the raffle, in particular due to errors, delays, interruptions, technical malfunctions, incorrect content, loss or deletion of data, or viruses, unless such damages were caused intentionally or by gross negligence on the part of Miles & More.

This limitation of liability shall not apply in cases of injury to life, body, or health, nor in cases of negligent breach of essential contractual obligations; in such cases, liability shall be limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damages.

8. Miscellaneous

These Terms and Conditions and the legal relationship between participants and Miles & More shall be governed exclusively by German law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Legal recourse is excluded.

Please note that prizes from this promotion may be subject to income tax. Any taxes payable on prizes must be borne by the winner and paid to the competent tax authority.
