The Joker Card is a flexible tool designed to make completing your collections on Uptrip quicker and easier. Acting as a substitute for any card within a collection, it helps you finish collections and earn rewards faster.
The Joker Card serves as a placeholder for any single card you may be missing in a collection. Think of it as a wildcard: it can count as any Original card in your collection, as if you had collected the card from your own flight. This gives you the ability to complete collections that are almost done without needing to find a specific missing card.
You can purchase the Joker Card directly within the Uptrip app in the collection views. Simply navigate to any collection, where you’ll see a banner offering the Joker Card. Click on the banner and follow the purchasing process. Once acquired, it’s ready to use immediately.
How to place the Joker Card in a collection:
Navigate to your collection in the Uptrip app.
Select the empty slot where you want to place the Joker Card.
Choose the Joker Card from your available cards. It will fill that slot, allowing you to complete the collection more easily.
The Joker Card helps you redeem your collections more quickly and easily.
If you change your mind, you can remove the Joker Card from a collection by activating editing mode in the top right of the collection and klick on remove on the Joker Card. This allows you to use it in any other collection of your choice. The Joker card, like other Uptrip cards, does not expire.
Key limitations to keep in mind:
One Per Collection: You can only place one Joker Card per collection, so use it strategically where it can make the most impact.
Only One at a Time: Each user can hold a maximum of one Joker Card at any given time. To use another, you'll need to utilize or remove the existing one first.
Not for Trading: The Joker Card cannot be minted as an NFT, nor can it be traded on the Uptrip Marketplace.
