WIFI Voucher for continental flights

These vouchers are valid til 31.12.2024 and can be used once on a continental flight with Lufthansa or Austrian Airlines, when the flight offers wifi services.

All vouchers are of type FlyNet® Stream and can be used for surfing, streaming and messaging with speeds up to 15 Mbit/s.

WIFI Voucher for intercontinental flights

These vouchers are valid til 31.12.2023 and can be used once on a intercontinental flight with Lufthansa, when the flight offers wifi services.

All vouchers are of type FlyNet® Premium Full Flight and can be used for surfing and messaging with speeds up to 4 Mbit/s.

Here are a few important notes for the use of your WLAN voucher

Lufthansa offers this service in cooperation with Panasonic Avionic Corporation and T-Mobile HotSpot GmbH. Lufthansa does not provide WLAN access in the name of or on behalf of these partners. To use the voucher, please follow the steps listed below:

1. Start your WLAN-enabled device.

2. Select the Flynet SSID from the network list and then open the browser; after entering any URL (not https!) the Lufthansa Flynet portal will appear automatically.

3. Click on "Internet access" to open the Deutsche Telekom hotspot portal.

4. Select the tab "Access code".

5. Enter your access code and enjoy free internet access on board.

6. By entering the access code, you accept the General Terms and Conditions of T-Mobile HotSpot GmbH.
